“Country Club Member for the Day”


Join us for a day filled with Yoga, Pickleball, Wine Tasting, Mixology, Owl Painting Class, Pool Side Sips, and more! Exact schedule & ability to sign up for activities will be posted soon.

VIP guests can begin arriving at 9:00 am for mimosas and breakfast tacos.  Festivities will begin at 10:00 am until 3:00 pm.

Attendees are encouraged to stay and network as everyone comes back together for the banquet and award ceremony at 1:30 pm.

A shuttle bus is available for those staying at the Austin Marriott Hotel for the Southwest Region Conference.

Cost is $100 to participate which includes food, drink & all activities.
